Postage, Returns and Product Care
We aim to get your products posted to you as soon as we possibly can, however please allow 5-7 days for us to make/ package and send your item. Choosing the express post option does not mean we can post your item the next day, please keep this in mind. We do everything possible to get your goodies to you as soon as possible- we know how exciting it is waiting for them to arrive!
Poppy Lane Designs will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items once handed over to Australia Post.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unfortunately unable to offer refund or exchange on our earrings or hair accessories.
If you purchase a clutch and change your mind, we can issue an exchange or store credit once the clutch is received back. Poppy Lane must deem it is in its original state, and it must be received back within 14 days of purchase.
If you require a refund for change of mind over a store credit or exchange, a 10% processing fee will be charged to help cover the costs involved for us.
Of course if an item is damaged or faulty we will issue a refund.
A lot of love and care has gone into making your item as hardy as possible, but please still take care. Here's a few handy tips:
- Avoid water and leaving your product in direct sun
-The best way to look after your earrings is to store them hanging, or in a travel case when travelling. Please do not put us in the bottom of your handbags!
-Please note that all of our products are HAND MADE. This means there may be slight differences/ imperfections. This is the beauty of handmade, every piece is unique and different to the next.
-Our clutches and earrings that contain foil will crack and change over time. This is expected and is part of the beauty. Please keep this in mind when purchasing one of these products.
